Northern Ireland 2011 - Gender

In 2011, almost nine in ten (88.0%) persons injured from fireworks and reporting to an emergency care department were male.

Since the 2007, the proportion of females injured from fireworks has decreased by 1.4 percentage points, from 13.4% (13) to 12.0% (3) in 2011.
