Northern Ireland 2013 - Age

33% of the 6 people injured from fireworks during the 2013 Halloween period were aged under 18. Of those 2 people aged under 18, one was aged between 11 to 15 years and the other 16 to 17.

Similarly, during each of the last five years the highest proportions of those injured from fireworks and reporting to emergency care departments were aged under 18 (Table 5).
